I would NOT recommend this service. My social security number was exposed in a recorded zoom that I addressed... them about and asked them to delete it. Instead I was ignored. I also told them I wanted to hold off with the classes at Indiana tech because my due date was a week or so away from the class start date (feeding a newborn every 2-3 hours with about 3-4 hours a sleep a day is not ideal for a student). They ignored my request and still moved me forward with the school. The zoom was also very unprofessional. As I was on a zoom with the rep from Operate Graduate he was not taking my education path serious. He talked about getting into easy classes he did to finish his degree off and that I can do the same knowing my background path is a medical path. Which makes no sense because using aid and money on "EASY classes" will only soak up money from the true classes I need to take.My advice is to just reach out to Indiana tech themselves and sign up that way. The school is wonderful with wonderful professional people there to help you and not rush you through the process. Operation Graduates just refers people to that school.read more
