Darryl: I’ve been helping adult students for over 12 years!
Martez: What is 1 piece of advice you would give a student to help be successful?
Darryl: You have to have desire. You have to have tenacity. Never give up
What do you like most about your position?
Darryl: Partnering up with students to help achieve their dreams
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Darryl: We wear a lot of hats as admissions reps: counselor, advisor, advocate, retention specialist and their support systems. I loved doing that, but cycles are so short and it is impossible for us to be that for all the students all the time.
